【Abstract】 This paper expounded the principle of the sensors of variable capacitive dielectric constant,and introduced two methods of the variable capacitive inclinometer in low-temperature detection,namely freezing point electrolyte method and heating.The advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were compared by the experimental data.It illustrated that the inclinometers should be designed according to the different ambient temperature.更多还原
