往复式NC膜划膜仪
Reciprocating Dispenser System For Nitrocellulose
【摘要】 针对目前划膜仪存在的局限性,在分析国内外划膜仪研究现状的基础上,以单片机为核心微处理器,研究设计了NC膜划膜仪系统,划膜笔支架由高精度数字电机驱动在X轴方向进行往复运动,高精度工业注射泵抽取划线溶液进行喷洒,在手执式控制器中输入所需试剂浓度、速度等即可进行试剂的喷洒和划线。实验证明:设备操作简单、性能稳定、精度可靠、适用于胶体金免疫层析试纸条的科研及中小型研发、生产客户进行往复式溶液划线和喷金。
【Abstract】 Aimed at the limitation of dispenser system,on the basis of analyzing research actuality of dispenser system at home and abroad,this paper adopted SCM as the microprocessor,researched and designed NC filming machine system.The stents of crossed pen reciprocating movement by high-precision digital motor drive on the X-axis,and high-precision industrial injection pump extraction crossed solution spraying.Input the reagents required concentration,speed can be reagents such as spraying and crossed in the holds type controller.Practice proves,the performance of the instrument is simple and easy to operate,the stability and the accuracy is reliable.It can be applied to the research and development of lateral-flow,and be used to reciprocating solution auto-marking and spray gold for production customer.
