【Abstract】 Circular economy began to be developed in Japan in 1990’s.A decade later,a complete industrial system was established and rich experience has been accumulated accordingly.The successful experience with which Japan develops the circular economy can be classified into six aspects: strategic plans,law systems,industrial policies,technical innovation systems,social responsibility of enterprises and people’s consciousness to protect the environment.These would be beneficial for China to refer to in its economic transformation period.更多还原
