【摘要】 目的分析癫痫患者卡马西平的血药浓度,结合临床用药疗效,为卡马西平的临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用荧光偏振免疫法测定280例癫痫患者卡马西平的血药浓度,观察其临床疗效和不良反应并进行分析。结果在280例患者中,卡马西平血药浓度低于4μg/ml占30.71%,4～12μg/ml的占62.50%,血药浓度大于12μg/ml占6.79%,有效率分别为33.72%、61.71%、84.21%。结论密切监测卡马西平的血药浓度,并结合临床疗效,可为临床医生制定个体化给药方案提供客观依据,对提高癫痫治疗的安全性、有效性有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze results of the blood concentration of carbamazepine in epileptic patients drug,combined with clinical efficacy of carbamazepine to provide the basis for clinical therapy.Methods Serum concentrations of carbamazepine in 280 epileptic cases were determined by fluorescence polarization immunoassay.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed and analyzed.Results Of the total 280 cases monitored,serum concentrations of carbamazepine lower than 4 μg / ml accounted for 30.71%,4-12 μg / ml accounted for 62.50%,serum concentration greater than 12 μg / ml accounted for 6.79%.The effective rates were 33.72%,61.71%,84.21%,respectively.Conclusions Closely monitor serum concentrations of carbamazepine and combined with clinical efficacy can provide objective basis for clinicians to develop individualized regimens,which was important to improve the treatment of epilepsy in safety,effectiveness.更多还原
