【摘要】 目的了解本院慢性精神病住院患者精神药物临床使用情况。方法使用一日法对广州市精神病医院慢性精神科住院患者的精神药物处方进行调查。结果①单一用药占主导地位;②与2005年和2006年[1]比较,氯氮平的使用仍处于第一位;③新型抗精神病药的使用率已大幅升高,占58.11%;④丙戊酸钠大量使用值得关注。结论本院精神药物使用合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the condition of clinical application of anti-psychotic drugs in inpatients of chronic psychiatric department in Guangzhou Brain Hospital.Methods The prescriptions of psychotropic drugs used in inpatients of chronic psychiatric department of Guangzhou Brain Hospital in the same day were investigated.Results 1) The single drug therapy played the leading role.2) The application amount of clozapine remained the first place compared to the condition of 2005 and 2006.3) The application rate of novel anti-psychotic drugs increased to 58.11%.4) The widely application of sodium valproate was worth to be concerned.Conclusion The application of anti-psychotic is rational in the hospital.更多还原
