【摘要】 患者,女,22岁。因感染性心内膜炎,血培养结果显示感染致病菌为金黄色葡萄球菌,给予左氧氟沙星0.5givgttqd及头孢西丁3.0givgtttid联合抗感染。患者静滴左氧氟沙星注射液后感觉皮肤瘙痒,并出现双下肢皮疹,呈散在粟粒大小淡红色丘疹,压之褪色。停用左氧氟沙星注射液并给予口服氯雷他定10mgqd,炉甘石洗剂日2次外涂,患者皮疹消退。该病例提示临床医师及临床药师,临床应用左氧氟沙星要注意用药剂量,避免不良反应的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 A female patient is 22 years old. Her blood culture results showed that the infection of pathogenic bacteria is staphylococcus aureus. Because of infective endocarditis,She was given levofloxacin 0.5 g ivgtt qd and cefoxitin 3.0 g ivgtt tid in the united against infection. The patient feel itching and the emergence of lower extremity erythra after intravenous drip of levofloxacin. Pressure the erythra of light scattered miliary red papules,it were fading. Disable levofloxacin and give oral loratadine 10 mg qd,and treated with calamine lotion twice a day,erythra disapeared. The case prompted that clinicians and clinical pharmacists should pay attention to clinical application of levofloxacin dose for avoiding adverse reactions.更多还原
