【摘要】 目的:比较硝苯地平胶浆剂与片剂对术前紧张性高血压的快速控制效果。方法:将120例术前紧张性高血压患者随机分为硝苯地平胶浆剂组(硝苯地平胶浆10mL,肛门内5cm处直肠灌注)和硝苯地平片剂组(硝苯地平片剂10mg,舌下给药),每组60例,观察对比两组用药20min后的降压效果。结果:两组患者术前在性别、年龄、体重、身高、入院时血压、术前液体入量等无显著差异(P>0.05)。硝苯地平胶浆剂组降压效果优于硝苯地平片剂组,有效率分别为96.7%和43.3%(P<0.001)。结论:硝苯地平胶浆剂直肠给药控制术前紧张性高血压效果满意,优于硝苯地平片剂舌下给药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the rapid control effects of nifedipine mucilage and nifedipine tablets in treating preoperative tension-type hypertension.Methods:120 patients suffering from preoperative tension-type hypertension were randomly divided into 2 groups:60 cases in mucilage group(10 mL by rectal administration) and 60 cases in tablet group(10 mg by sublingual administration),and the rapid control effects were observed after 20 minutes.Results:There were no significant differences in gender,age,weight,height,blood pressure on admission and preoperative intake volume between the two groups(P > 0.05).The antihypertensive effects in the mucilage group(with an effective rate of 96.7%) was better than that of the tablet group(43.3%),P < 0.001.Conclusion:The efficacy of nifedipine mucilage by rectal administration in treating preoperative tension-type hypertension is superior to that of nifedipine tablets by sublingual administration.更多还原
