促红细胞生成素变异体与脊髓损伤的相关性
Relevance between erythropoietin variants and spinal cord injury
【摘要】 促红细胞生成素作为一种新型的神经保护剂应用于临床存在严重的剂量相关毒副作用。该文概述了脊髓损伤基本的发病机制,并对促红细胞生成素变异体(包括衍生物、类似物、模拟肽)与脊髓损伤的相关性进行综述,旨在指导无血源活性促红细胞生成素变异体的进一步开发。
【Abstract】 Erythropoietin,as a novel neuroprotective agent,tested in clinical trials can cause serious dose-related side effects. This article outlines the fundamental pathogenetic mechanisms of spinal cord injury.And the relevance between erythropoietin variants,including derivatives/analogues and mimetic peptides,and spinal cord injury are fully reviewed to guide the further development of non-hematopoietic erythropoietin variants.
