【Abstract】 This article means to analyze teacher’s decision-making mechanisms in teaching with the guidance of the concept of "dilemmas of teaching",which represents the complexity of teachers’ professional practice as "problem spaces".Based on the understanding of concept and origins of the concept,the researcher provides a systematic model of negotiation.The negotiation mechanism can embody the social-constructivist characteristic of teachers’ thinking.更多还原
