【摘要】 目的 了解徐州医学院附属医院门诊抗菌药物临床应用情况,为抗菌药物的合理应用和宏观管理提供依据。方法 随机抽取徐州医学院附属医院2010年1～12月门诊处方10 135张,对其中抗菌药物的处方数、应用抗菌药物的种类及数量、药物利用情况等进行归纳分析。结果 使用抗菌药处方1 680张,占总处方量的16.58%;口服给药占所有给药途径的54.95%;抗菌药物的种类中大环内酯类占28.64%,头孢菌素类占28.01%;单一用药处方占78.34%,三联及以上用药占1.01%;几种常见药物的药物利用指数(DUI)≤1。结论该院门诊抗菌药物的使用基本合理,但仍然存在问题,需进一步完善,以促进临床合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the outpatient usage of antibacterial drugs in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical College,so as to improve the management and to promote rational drug use.Methods A total of 10 135 outpatient prescriptions from January to December in 2010 in this hospital were randomly collected for statistical analysis with respects to the number of prescriptions of antibacterial drugs,kind and consumption quantity of antibacterial drugs,and drug use.Results Of the total 10 135 prescriptions examined,1 680(16.58%) were prescriptions of antibacterial drugs;oral administration 54.95%;macrolides and cephalosporins made up 28.64% and 28.01% respectively;monotherapy was 78.34%,and tritherapy or above 1.01%;drug utilization index(DUI) for several common drugs was no more than 1.Conclusion The outpatient usage of antibacterial drugs in hospital is basically reasonable,yet some problems remain to be tackled.Information of utilization of antibacterial drugs is of great significance for rational drug use.更多还原
