【Abstract】 The most common technology in the biological sample preparation of transmission electron microscopy is ultramicrotomy.The production of ultramicrotomy is sophisticated,and the demanding is careful,even a slightest mistake can lead to pollution and affect image quality.This paper aims at how to reduce pollution in sample preparation,summarizes the experience of sample preparation in our laboratory for the majority of the electron microscopy workers,especially the beginners to learn.更多还原
