【摘要】 新阶段的西部大开发以增强自我发展能力为主线,教育优先发展是增强自我发展能力的核心支柱之一。文章以四川省凉山彝族自治州为例,在实地调研的基础上,对该州基础教育的发展及其存在的问题进行了深入分析,并从强化对基础教育战略地位的认识,增加教育投入,完善政策措施和加强师资队伍建设等方面提出了发展对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the new phase of West Development,enhancing self-development ability is taken as the theme,and priority development of education is one of core pillars to enhance self-development ability.The study,taking Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Liangshan,Sichuan Province as an example,investigated the situation of basic education development of the region and analyzed the existing problems of it.Additionally,some strategies are put forward for the basic education development of the region: building the awareness of the importance of basic education;increasing education investment;perfecting the related policies and measures;strengthening the building of teacher’s team.更多还原
