【摘要】 目的探讨MDM2、Sp1蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及其与Hp感染的关系。方法取自本院经病理确诊为胃癌的患者30例,Western-blot法检测胃癌标本中MDM2、Sp1蛋白的表达,幽门螺杆菌的检测采用Giemsa染色法。结果 30例胃癌患者中Hp阳性18例,幽门螺杆菌感染可以上调MDM2、Sp1蛋白表达。结论 Hp感染可能通过上调Sp1表达增加,通过对mdm2基因启动子区的调节进而导致胃癌中MDM2表达明显增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection and the expression of MDM2、Sp1 in the tissue of gastric carcinoma.Methods Gastric cancer specimens were collected from 30 patients diagnosed as gastric cancer,and MDM2、Sp1 expressions were detected by western-blot method.Giemsa staining method was used for Hp detection.Results Among 30 gastric cancer patients,18 patients had positive result in Hp,and it indicated that Hp infection were able to raise the expression of MDM2 and Sp1 proteins.Conclusion Hp infection may strengthen MDM2 expression in gastric cancer by regulating the MDM2 gene promoter region and raising Sp1 expression.更多还原
