【摘要】 目的探讨盐酸吡柔比星联合顺铂和5-氟尿嘧啶在进展期胃癌术前化疗中的作用。方法回顾性分析本院2008年10月—2011年9月采用盐酸吡柔比星联合顺铂和5-氟尿嘧啶行术前化疗的30例进展期胃癌患者的临床资料、治疗效果及不良反应。结果全组手术切除率100%,有效率73.3%。不良反应主要为骨髓抑制、脱发、轻度消化道反应、切口愈合延迟。结论胃癌术前化疗采用盐酸吡柔比星联合顺铂和5-氟尿嘧啶安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of pirarubicin hydrochloride combined with 5-fluorouracil and cis-platinum in the preoperative chemotherapy for advanced gastric carcinoma.Methods The clinical data of therapeutic effect and negative effects in 30 patient who came from our hospital from October 2008 to September 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results In this group,surgical excision rate was 100%,and effective rate was 73.3%.Negative effect mainly included bone marrow suppression,alopecia,mild gastrointestinal reaction and poor wound healing.Conclusion Using pirarubicin hydrochloride combined with 5-fluorouracil and cis-platinum in preoperative chemotherapy of gastric cancer is safe and effective.更多还原
