【摘要】 目的应用腹腔镜治疗老年胆道结石患者的临床观察。方法将96例胆道结石患者分为开腹手术治疗组24例和腹腔镜治疗组72例。分别记录2组手术时间、术中出血量、疼痛等情况。术后记录2组患者的住院时间、排气时间、切口感染情况、残余结石情况,并予以比较。结果腹腔镜治疗组的患者手术时间、术中出血量明显少于开腹手术治疗组。腹腔镜治疗组患者住院时间明显短于开腹手术组,术后的排气时间早于开腹手术组。结论应用腹腔镜治疗老年患者胆道结石疾病具有安全、高效、人性化、痛苦小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,与传统开腹手术相比优点突出,不失为临床治疗胆道结石患者的首选方式,值得在临床上广泛推展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of laparoscope in the treatment of elderly patients with bile duct stones.Methods Ninety-six patients with bile duct stones were divided into open surgery group(n=24) and laparoscopic treatment group(n=72).The operation duration,intraoperative blood loss,and pain were recorded in the two groups.Duration of hospital stay,the flatulence time,wound infection,and residual stones situation were recorded and compared after operation.Results The operation duration,intraoperative blood loss of the laparoscopic treatment group were significantly less than those of the open surgery group.The duration of hospital stay was significantly lower than that of the open surgery group.Postoperative flatulence time was earlier than that of the open surgery group.Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of elderly patients with bile duct stones is safe,efficient and humane with less pains and fewer complications.It has prominent advantages compared with the traditional open surgery.It can be regarded as the preferred way in the clinical treatment of patients with bile duct stones.Thus it’s worthy of wide clinical promotion.更多还原
