【摘要】 目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定痢特敏片中甲氧苄啶的含量。方法用Agilent ZORBAXSB-C18分析柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.25%二乙胺(30∶70,V/V)(用磷酸调节pH值至3.0),流速:0.8 mL.min-1,检测波长:287 nm,理论塔板数为12 000。结果该方法的线性范围为0.25～1.0μg(r=0.999 8),平均回收率100.2%,RSD=1.5%(n=6)。结论该方法准确可靠,灵敏度高,重现性好,结果稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of the content of trimethoprim in compound Litemin tablets.METHODS The chromatographic analysis was carried out on a Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column(150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.25% diethylamine solution(30 ∶ 70)(adjusted to pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid).The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 287 nm.RESULTS The linear range was 0.25-1.0 μg(r =0.999 8).The mean recoveries was 100.2% with RSD = 1.5%(n = 6).CONCLUSION The method is simple,fast and accurate.更多还原
