【摘要】 目的探讨腮腺Warthin瘤的多层螺旋CT表现特点。方法搜集手术及病理证实的腮腺Warthin瘤16例,分析其部位、数目、大小、形态、边界、密度、强化特征。结果 16例共见21个病灶,左侧9个、右侧12个;浅叶18个,后下象限16个;病灶呈圆形或类圆形,平均直径2.5cm;囊变14个;边界清楚19个;动态增强扫描病变显示为对比剂"快进快出"13例,3例显示延迟强化,5例见微血管征;同侧腮腺炎性反应1例,同侧颈部淋巴结肿大1例。结论密切结合腮腺Warthin瘤临床表现特点及在多层螺旋CT表现,可对该病做出正确的诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the MSCT characteristics of Warthin tumors in the parotid gland.Methods 16 subjects which were pathology proved as Warthin tumors in the parotid gland were enrolled into our study.We analyzed the position,number,size,shape and boundary,density,enhancement characteristics.Results There were total 21 lesions,in which 9 were on the left,12 on the right,18 in the shallow leaves,16 in the post-inferior quadrant.The lesions were shown as round or circle,the average diameter was 2.5 cm.14 of the cases were shown cyst in the lesion,19 lesions were clear boundary.13 cases were shown as "quick in quick out" dynamic enhanced characteristics,3 cases were shown delay enhancement,5 cases were shown microvascular,1 case was shown parotid gland inflammation,1 case was shown enlarged lymph node of the ipsilateral neck.Conclusion It is helpful to make the correct diagnosis of the disease by combined with the clinical performance characteristics and the MSCT performance of Warthin tumors in the parotid gland.更多还原
