【摘要】 目的通过超声心动图评价窦房结综合征患者双腔起搏器不同房室间期设置对左心功能影响及探讨其在最佳房室间期设置中的应用价值。方法通过对30例窦房结综合征患者的双腔起搏器进行不同房室间期(AVD)设置,利用超声心动图测量不同AVD时的左室Tei指数、二尖瓣返流面积比(Smr/Sla)、左心腔大小及左室射血分数。结果起搏器植入术后1周内,左室Tei指数最小时的AVD设置为(128.50±9.39)ms。当AVD设置为130ms时左室Tei指数(0.46±0.02)与其余各组比较显著下降(P<0.05)。试验结束后与试验前相比较二尖瓣返流程度明显下降(P<0.05)。结论超声心动图在评价起搏器安装术后心脏功能变化及超声指导下设置最佳房室间期方面具有一定的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of optimal atrioventricular delay(AVD) in dual-chamber pacemaker patients with sick sinus syndrome by echocardiography and to investigate the clinical value of echocardiography in the setting of atrioventricular interval.Methods Thirty patients with dual-chamber pacemakers due to sick sinus syndrome were examined by echocardiography at different AVD settings.Tei index,the rate of diastolic mitral regurgitation area to left atrium area(Smr/Sla),diameter of left heart and left ventricular ejection fraction were measured by echocardiography.Results The AVD at which Tei index was minimum was(128.50±9.39) ms.Compared with other groups,when the AVD setting was 130 ms,there was a lower Tei index(P<0.05).There was a significant differentce at Smr/Sla between before and after research.Conclusion Echocardiography is a noninvasive and valid tool for evaluating the cardiac function and guide the setting of optimal AVD in SSS patients with dual chamber pacemakers.更多还原
