【摘要】 目的探讨非典型性脉络丛乳头状瘤(atypical choroid plexus papilloma,ACPP)的MRI表现。方法收集经我院病理证实的4例非典型性脉络丛乳头状瘤,结合相关文献分析其MRI表现。结果 4例非典型性脉络丛乳头状瘤中,2例位于右侧脑室,均呈囊实性改变,实性部分T1WI呈稍低信号,T2WI呈稍高信号,增强后实性肿块、囊壁及分隔呈明显强化;1例位于第四脑室,1例位于右侧桥小脑角区,均呈实性肿块,T1WI呈稍低信号,T2WI呈稍高信号,增强后肿块呈中-重度均匀强化。结论位于侧脑室的ACPP具有一定的特点,MRI能够显示ACPP与脉络丛的关系,有利于术前诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the MR imaging features of atypical choroid plexus papilloma(ACPP).Methods MRI findings of 4 cases with ACPP were retrospectively analyzed.Results 4 cases of ACPP were proved by surgery and pathology.2 cases were located in the lateral ventricle,and the other 2 cases were located in the fourth ventricle and the cerebellopontine angle.The tumors in the lateral ventricle were cystic-solid tumor,hypointense on T1 weighted and hyperintense on T2 weighted MRI.The solid mass,cystic wall and the separation wall were significantly enhanced.The other two tumors were solid,hypointense on T1-weighted,hyperintense on T2-weighted MRI and moderate to severe homogeneous enhancement after contrast administration.Conclusion ACPP in the lateral ventricle has certain characteristics on MRI.MRI can show the relationship between ACPP and the choroid plexus,which contribute to the preoperative diagnosis.更多还原
