【摘要】 目的:考察建昌帮四制香附炮制工艺。方法:采用均匀设计法炮制香附,运用回流提取法对香附成分进行提取,建立缩宫素所致小鼠在体痛经模型,考察不同炮制品的镇痛效果。结果:各给药组与模型组比较,其中U-2、U-3、U-4、U-6、U-7、U-11、U-12均有极显著性差异,U-8有显著性差异。结论:以药理效应为指标考察建昌帮四制香附的最佳炮制工艺为:生姜70g/kg、食盐4g/kg、黄酒0.3 kg/kg、米醋0.4 kg/kg,在180-190℃下炒制10分钟。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study preparative technics of Jianchang County of four processing methods Rhizoma Cyperi.Methods: By the uniform design method,Use of the reflux extraction method to extract of Cyperus ingredients,Establish dysmenorrheal model in cluded by oxytocin,study the analgesic effect of the different processed products.Results: Each treatment group compared with the model group,which the U-2,U-3,U-4,U-6,U-7,U-11,U-12 showed very significant differences,the U-8 a significantly difference.Conclusion:Using Pharmacologic effect as index to study the best preparative technic of Jianchang County of four processing methods of Rhizoma Cyperi:ginger 70g/kg,salt 4g/kg,rice wine 0.3 kg / kg,rice vinegar 0.4 kg/kg,frying at 180-190℃ for 10min.更多还原
