【Abstract】 Currently the tremendous potential of global market of Chinese traditional medicine has been gradually understood by each country.After human beings enter the twenty-first Century,the problem of intellectual property rights’ protection has become a very important topic that governments and enterprises have to pay attention to.They are seeking effective protection measures according to the feature of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper focuses on the general situation of the intellectual property protection of Chinese medicine,the patent analysis of traditional Chinese medicine and the existing problems of intellectual property right protection.In view of the protection of intellectual property rights in the whole process,this paper cites a number of chart data and experience to illustrate different contents,methods,ways and skills of intellectual property protection of different types.更多还原
