【摘要】 目的研究中斜切口的局部解剖特点及体表投影,为其临床应用提供依据。方法进行3具尸体解剖及211例临床应用解剖,观测中斜切口与胆总管及胆囊三角与体表间的关系。结果胆囊三角在剑胸结合为顶、6～8肋缘为两边、第8肋连线为底的三角右侧边界内,中斜切口的体表投影在胆囊三角内,与胆总管的走行基本一致占78.2%(176/211)。结论中斜切口有利于胆总管探查,创伤小,方便可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristic of medium oblique incision and its body surface projection to provide the basis for its clinical application.Methods 3 necroscopy and 211 cases of clinical application anatomy were carried out,and the relation between medium oblique incision with body surface,common bile duct and cystohepatic triangle was observed.Results Cystohepatic triangle located at the summit of xiphisternal synchondrosis,both sides of 6-8 costal margin and within right borderline of triangle with the eighth costal linkline as the fundus.The body surface projection of medium oblique incision located within cystohepatic triangle and was basically identical with the stretching arrangement of common bile duct,which accounting for 78.2%(176/211).Conclusion Medium oblique incision is conducive to common bile duct exploration with little trauma,convenience and feasibility.更多还原
