【摘要】 目的观察复方南星止痛膏治疗寒湿淤阻型膝关节炎伴滑膜炎的疗效。方法将82例寒湿淤阻型膝关节炎伴滑膜炎患者随机分为复方南星止痛膏治疗(治疗组)和奇正消痛贴治疗(对照组),观察治疗前后关节疼痛、肿胀、功能障碍等变化。结果治疗第12、24天后,两组止痛效果相当,但治疗组对关节肿胀和功能障碍的疗效明显优于对照组,治疗组临床症状明显改善(P<0.01),总有效率为88.1%,明显优于对照组(47.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方南星止痛膏治疗寒湿淤阻型膝关节炎伴滑膜炎的疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Compound Nanxing Analgesic Paste in the treatment of cold-damp stasis type knee osteoarthritis complicating synovitis.Methods 82 senile patients with cold-damp stasis type knee osteoarthritis complicating synovitis were randomly divided into the Compound Nanxing Analgesic Paste treatment(treatment group) and the Qizheng Analgesic Paste treatment(control group).The changes of joint pain,swelling and function barrier were obseved before and after treatment.Results After 12,14 d treatemnt,the analgesic effects in the two group were equivalent,but the effects to joint swelling and function barrier in the treatment group were significantly superior to the control group.The clinical symptoms in the treatment group were obviously improved(P<0.01).The total effective rate was 88.1% in the treatment group,which was higher than 47.5% in the control group,difference showing statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Nanxing Analgesic Paste has remarkable effect in the treatment of cold-damp stasis type knee osteoarthritis complicating synovitis.更多还原
