急性四氯化碳中毒者肝声像及血流动力学改变的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨急性四氯化碳中毒者肝声像及血流动力学改变及其临床意义。方法采用彩色多普勒超声显像仪,对7例已确诊的急性四氯化碳中毒患者(观察组)分别在入院时、治疗中和出院时进行常规肝脏超声检查及血流动力学测量,同时测量肝功能指标并与10例一般体检者(对照组)对照。结果通过及时、有效的临床治疗,患者肝超声声像图表现和肝功能指标在出院时均较入院时有明显改变,且超声声像图和血流动力学随着治疗的进展肝功能逐步趋向正常的同时也逐渐改善。结论彩色多普勒超声作为无创性影像检查手段,能在一定程度上较好地反映急性四氯化碳中毒患者的病程变化趋势,可用于评价肝损害程度,具有一定的临床意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the ultrasonographic and hemodynamic changes of liver in acute carbon tetrachloride poisoning and their clinical significance.Methods 7 cases of acute carbon tetrachloride poisoning as the observation group were performed the routine liver ultrasonographic examination by the color Doppler ultrasonic system and hemodynamic detection on admission to hospital,during treatment and on discharge from hospital.At the same time,the liver function indexes were detected.The results were compared with those in 10 individuals of general physical examination as control.Results Through the timely and effective treatment,the manifestations of liver ultrasonographic images and the liver function indexes on discharge from hospital had obvious changes than those on admission to hospital.With the treatment progress and the liver function gradually trending to normal,the ultrasonographic images and hemodynamics also were gradually improved.Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasonography as a non-invasive image detection measure can better reflect the condition change trend of acute carbon tetrachloride to some extent,can be taken as one of the indicators for liver damage judgement and possesses certain clinical value.
