【摘要】 目的探讨白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术对白内障患者症状和生活质量(QOL)的影响。方法通过视功能及QOL评价量表对80例年龄相关性白内障患者术前、术后1周和术后3个月进行调查、随访和评估。结果经手术治疗,术后1周患者视功能及QOL较术前明显提高,术后3个月患者视功能较术后1周明显改善,生活质量较术后1周除心理状态外明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白内障手术可改善患者视功能,并能提高患者QOL。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of lens extraction and intraocular lens implantation on symptoms and quality of life of cataract patients.Methods Eighty senile cataract patients were enrolled at random and their quality of life(QOL)scores were surveyed,followed up and assessed before operation,in postoperative 1 week and 3 months by vision function related quality of life questionnaires.Results The vision function and quality of life of cataract patients were markedly improved after 1 week of operation,which showed statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Comparing postoperative 3 months with postoperative 1 week,the vision function was markedly improved,which showed statistic significant difference(P<0.05),the quality of life was markedly improved except for psychological condition,which also showed a statistic significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Cataract sugery can improve the vision function significantly and increase the quality of life of patients.更多还原
