【摘要】 目的了解西安交通大学医院降糖药物的临床使用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用金额排序法和用药频度排序法对该院2007—2011年降糖药物的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等指标进行统计分析。结果该院使用的降糖药物有中药类、磺脲类、双胍类、α-糖苷酶抑制剂、苯甲酸衍生物以及胰岛素类制剂。其中α-糖苷酶抑制剂和胰岛素类的销量呈快速上升趋势,α-糖苷酶抑制剂以阿卡波糖的使用频率最高;传统的磺脲类和双胍类使用情况相对较稳定,DDC较低,易被患者接受。结论该院降糖药物的使用基本合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the clinical use situation of oral glucose-lowering drugs to provide the basis for clinical rational drug use.Methods The amount ranking and the drug use frequency ranking were adopted to perform the statistical analysis on sales amount,drug use frequency(DDDs) and average daily expenses(DDC) of oral glucose-lowering drugs in our hospital during 2007—2011.Results Oral glucose-lowering drugs used in this hospital included traditional Chinese medicines,sulfonylurea,biguanides,alpha glucosidase inhibitors,benzoic acid derivatives and insulin agents.Among them,the sales amount of alpha glucosidase inhibitors and insulin agents demonstrated the rapidly increasing trend,alpha glucosidase inhibitors had the highest use frequency.The traditional sulfonylurea and metformin were relatively stable with average low cost and easy to be accepted by patients.Conclusion The use of oral glucose-lowering drugs in this hospital is basically reasonable.更多还原
