【摘要】 目的了解和分析该院住院病例合理用药情况和存在的问题。方法查阅该院2011年上半年900份住院病例用药情况,包括剂量、给药途径、给药间隔、相互作用、药物过敏等,并对不合理用药情况进行统计、分析。结果900份病例中,存在不合理用药情况的病例有144例,其中药物选用不当的有152例次,联合用药不合理的132例次,无指征使用辅助药物的有125例次;外科出现率最高,有68例(47.22%),其次为内科56例(38.89%)。结论医院应重视合理用药管理,提高用药水平,保障患者用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand and analyze the situation of rational drug use in inpateins of our hospital and the existing problems.Methods 900 cases of hospitalization medical records in the first half of 2011 were checked,including the dosage,administration route,dosing interval,interaction and drug allergy.The irrational medication conditions were performed the statistical analysis.Results Among 900 cases of medical records,144 cases had irrational use of drug.Among them,152 case-times were improper selection of drugs,132 case-times were irrational combination medication and 125 case-times had no indicator for use of adjuvant drugs.The occurrence rate of irrational drug use was highest in surgery(68 cases,47.22%),and followed by the internal medicine(56 cases,38.89%).Conclusion Hospital should attach importance to the management of rational drug use,increase the level of drug application and ensure the medication safety.更多还原
