【摘要】 目的对比吻合器痔环切术(PPH)与传统切除术治疗内痔的临床疗效。方法将40例内痔患者随机平均分成PPH治疗组与传统切除术治疗组,并采用相应的手术治疗,观察两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛、住院时间、术后复发率及并发症等指标。结果 PPH治疗组患者手术时间、疼痛程度、住院时间、术后康复速度均优于传统切除术治疗组,且无复发病例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用PPH治疗内痔,效果优于传统切除术,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical therapeutic effects of procedure for prolapse and haemorrhoids (PPH) and traditional hemorrhoidectomy on internal hemorrhoids.Methods 40 patients with internal hemorrhoids were randomly and averagely divided into PPH group and traditional hemorrhoidectomy group and were treated with corresponding operation.The operating time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative pain degree,length of stay and postoperative complications of the two methods were observed.Results PPH had better effect than the traditional hemorrhoidectomy in above-listed items.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion PPH has better therapeutic effects than tradtional hemorrhoidectomy in treating internal hemorrhoids and is worthy of spread.更多还原
