【摘要】 目的探讨轻度运动对成人血常规检验结果的影响,为临床诊断和治疗监测提供参考数据。方法采集受试者坐位15 min和轻度运动15 min坐位静脉血进行血常规检测,检验结果用配对t检验进行统计学分析。结果轻度运动血常规结果较坐位高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论轻度运动会影响成人血常规检验结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of slight movement on blood routine examination reults in adult,and to provide the basic data for clinical diagnosis and therapeutic monitoring.Methods Blood samples were collected after sitting position for 15 min and slight movement for 15 min respectively.Blood samples were detected for blood routine examination.The results were analyzed by statistics.Results The results of slight movemen were higher than those of sitting position with statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The results of blood routine examination is affected by slight movement in adult.更多还原
