HER2 P53 P16在乳腺癌中的表达及与淋巴结转移的关系

【摘要】 目的探讨HER2、P53、P16在乳腺癌中的表达及与腋窝淋巴结转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测100例乳腺癌组织中HER2、P53、P16的表达。结果乳腺癌中HER2表达阳性率为55%,其表达与腋窝淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.01);P53表达阳性率为60%,其表达与腋窝淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.01);P16表达阳性率为47%,其表达与腋窝淋巴结转移呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论 HER2、P53高表达与P16低表达可能促进乳腺癌的淋巴结转移,可作为临床判断乳腺癌生物学行为和预后的重要指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expressions of HER2,P53 and P16 proteins in breast carcinoma and their relationship with lymph node metastasis.Methods Expressions of HER2,P53 and P16 proteins in 100 cases of breast carcinoma were detected by the S-P immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rate of HER2 protein was 55% and HER2 expression was positively associated with axillary lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).P53 protein was expressed with the positive rate of 60%,and P53 expression was positively correlated with axillary lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).The positive rate of P16 protein was 47% and P16 expression was negatively associated with axillary lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).Conclusion The high expressions of HER2 and P53 proteins and low expression of P16 protein may facilitate axillary lymph node metastasis of breast carcinoma by different way,which may be used as important indexes to judge the biological behavior and prognosis of breast carcinoma.
