【摘要】 目的探讨囊性肾瘤(cystic nephroma,CN)的临床特征、诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2例CN患者的临床及影像学资料,并与手术所见、病理结果对照。结果 2例均为单侧单发。女性患者行开放性肾部分切除术,男性患者术前诊断为肾囊肿并行腹腔镜下囊肿去顶减压术,术后6个月复发,行开放性肾部分切除术。患者术后随访6～36个月未复发。结论 CN为良性肿瘤,影像学检查对CN的诊断有重要价值,保留肾单位的肿瘤切除术是该病的首选治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of cystic nephroma(CN).Methods The clinical data of 2 cases of cystic nephroma were retrospectively analyzed.The imageological data were analyzed and compared with surgical and pathological findings.Results 2 cases of CN were unilateral and solitary.Opening partial nephrectomy was carried out in the female patient.The male patient was misdiagnosed as renal cyst and underwent laparoscopic unroofing of renal cyst.Reoccurrence was happened in the male patient after 6 months and opening partial nephrectomy was carried out.2 patients were followed up for 6-36 months and no reoccurrence was found.Conclusion CN is a kind of benign tumor.Imaging examinations are contributive to the diagnosis of CN.Nephron-sparing surgery is the primary and effective therapeutic method for the disease.更多还原
