【摘要】 目的了解护理本科生身心健康水平。方法随机抽取167名2010级护理本科生,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行心理健康状况评估。结果 2010级护理本科生SCL-90各因子评分、总均分及阳性项目数均较青年常模高。强迫症状、人际关系、敌对、偏执和精神病性5个因子的得分与全国大学生常模相似。躯体化、焦虑和恐怖3个因子的得分显著高于全国大学生常模。抑郁的得分显著低于全国大学生常模。结论 2010级护理本科生心理健康状况不容乐观,应加强对他们的心理健康教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the psychological health status of nursing undergraduates.Methods A total of 167 nursing undergraduates in the grade 2010 were randomly investigated with Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) and their psychological health status was analyzed.Results The total scores,average score of 10 factors,and positive item numbers of SCL-90 in nursing undergraduates in the grade 2010 were significantly higher than those in the youth norm group.The scores of obsession,interpersonal sensitivity,hostility,paranoid ideation and psychoticism in nursing undergraduates in the grade 2010 were not significantly different from the undergraduate norm group.The scores of somatization,anxiety and phobic anxiety in the nursing undergraduates in the grade 2010 were significantly higher than those in the undergraduate norm group.The score of depression in nursing undergraduates in the grade 2010 was significantly lower than that in the undergraduate norm group.Conclusion The psychological health status of nursing undergraduates in the grade 2010 is not optimistic,and the psychological health education should be enhanced.更多还原
