【摘要】 目的探讨随访在超声诊断女性附件非囊性肿物中的临床价值。方法将138例146枚附件肿物的不同超声检查结果与手术病理结果进行对比研究,得出其超声检查的符合率与漏、误诊率。结果随访组与对照组比较,不同超声检查结果的准确率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论随访在附件非囊性肿物的超声检查中安全、有效且必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of follow-up on ultrasound diagnosis of female adnexal noncystic mass.Methods The different ultrasonic results of 146 adnexal masses in 138 patients were performed the comparative study with oper ative pathology for calculating the coincidence rate,missed diagnostic rate and misdiagnostic rate of ultrasonic imaging diagnosis.Results In follow up group,the final diagnosis group had higher coincidence rate compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Follow-up is safe,effective and necessary in ultrasound detection of female adnexal noncystic mass.更多还原
