【摘要】 目的探讨胆脂瘤型中耳炎手术治疗的临床效果。方法对在耳鼻喉科接受手术治疗的58例胆脂瘤型中耳炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。其中12例患者行开放式乳突根治术,19例患者行开放式乳突根治鼓室成形术,27例患者行关闭式乳突根治鼓室成形术。结果经治疗后,36例听力得到改善,19例维持原有听力,3例听力下降。3例因复发行2次手术治愈,所有患者无并发症发生。结论尽早发现胆脂瘤型中耳炎并选择合理的手术方式,对彻底清除病灶、保留和恢复中耳的传音功能有利。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical therapy on cholesteatoma type tympanitis.Methods The clinical data of 58 cases of cholesteatoma type tympanitis treated by surgery in our hospital were selected and analyzed retro spectively.Among them,12 cases were treated by radical mastoidectomy,19 cases by radical mastoidectomy followed tympanoplasty and 27 cases by closed type radical mastoidectomy followed tympanoplasty.Results After treatment,36 cases were improved in hearing,19 cases were preserved and 3 cases became worse.3 cases were performed reoperation due to relapse.No complications occurred in all cases.Conclusion Finding cholesteatoma type tympanitis early and adopting reasonable surgery method benefit the clearance of lesion focus,and maintaining and restoring the conductive function of middle ear.更多还原
