【摘要】 目的总结适用于阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,OSAS)合并高血压的临床护理路径。方法将70例OSAS合并高血压患者随机分为实验组36例和对照组34例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用临床护理路径,比较两种护理方法的效果。结果实验组参加压力滴定及接受经鼻持续气道正压通气(NCPAP)或双水平气道正压无创通气(BiPAP)治疗的例数多于对照组(P<0.05),实验组表示满意的例数明显多于对照组(P<0.01)。结论实施临床护理路径不但能改善患者的心理健康状况和生活质量,还能提高患者对护理服务的满意度,更适用于OSAS合并高血压患者的护理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize a clinical nursing pathway adaptive to obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS) complicating hypertension.Methods 70 cases of OSAS complicating hypertension were divided into the test group(36 cases) and the control group(34 cases) randomly.The control group was treated with routine nurse and the test group adopted the clinical nursing pathway.Then the effects of the two nursing methods were compared.Results The number of cases participating the pressure evaluating and receiving the treatment of NCPAP or BiPAP in the test group was more than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were more cases expressing satisfaction of nursing care in the test group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Implementing the clinical nursing pathway not only improves patients′ psychical healthy situation and the quality of life,but also increases the degree of patients′ satisfaction on nursing services,which is more adaptive to nursing in the patients of OSAS complicating hypertension.更多还原
