民营企业参与新农村建设的调查与思考
On private enterprises’ participation in new rural construction
【摘要】 政府要注重激励,增强民营企业参与动力,培育典型,示范带动,建立长效的帮建机制,形成公益捐助、项目带动、置换搬迁、技术扶持、合作共建等多种帮建模式。
【Abstract】 The government must pay full attention to the participation of private enterprise.The establishment of long-term help-building mechanism can not be inseparable from the demonstrative effect of types.The help-building mode can be various by exploring.
