【摘要】 目的探讨鼻中隔矫正联合下鼻甲低温等离子射频消融术疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年6月～2011年1月111例鼻中隔偏曲伴下鼻甲肥大手术患者,受试患者均给予鼻腔局部麻醉,采用鼻内镜下行鼻中隔黏膜下矫正后,联合ENTec Cobator TM手术系统治疗仪和刀头,分别对肥大下鼻甲行低温等离子射频消融,并给予术后3月及术后1年随访,随访结果针对疗效予评定。结果随访111例中,鼻中隔矫正联合下鼻甲低温等离子射频消融术组较单行鼻中隔矫正术对照组,予Mann-Whitney U检验,术后3月P=0.001、术后1年P=0.024,P值均<0.05有统计学意义,而鼻中隔矫正联合下鼻甲低温等离子射频消融术组较鼻中隔矫正并联合下鼻甲切除术组,同样予Mann-Whitney U检验,术后3月P=0.349、术后1年P=0.763,P值均>0.05,鼻塞症状改善无统计学差异,但手术并发症有明显减少。结论鼻中隔矫正联合下鼻甲低温等离子射频消融术是安全、有效的方法、并发症少,且可重复治疗,但其远期疗效尚有待进一步观察和探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of nasal septal reconstruction combined with inferior nasal concha under low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation.Methods From June 2008 to January 2011,retrospective analysis was conducted to 111 patients with nasal septum deflection and inferior nasal concha hypertrophy,all in local anesthesia were curative of nasal septal reconstruction and the bilateral inferior turbinate low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation respectively with the ENTec CobatorTM operation system and Reflex45 therapeutic respectively by nasal endoscopic.The postoperative curative effects were observed at the 3 rd month and at the first year.Follow-up results were assessed according to curative effect.Results Following-up,in 111 cases with nasal septal reconstruction combined with inferior nasal concha under low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation were compare with the nasal septal reconstructive group,P=0.001 at the 3rd months and P=0.024 at the first year,there were statistically significance between these tow groups(P<0.05) by Mann-Whitney U inspection,while comparison of nasal septal reconstruction with inferior turbinate resection group,P=0.349 at th 3rd months,P=0.763 after one year(P>0.05),there were no statistically significant differences between the symptom of nasal obstruction,but the postoperative complications were significantly less.Conclusion Nasal septal reconstruction combined with inferior nasal concha under low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation is safe and effective,the postoperative complications are less,and it may repeat treatment,but the long-term effect still needs to observe.更多还原
