【摘要】 目的两种方案治疗平坦型和全聋型突发性聋的疗效比较。方法对2009年8月～2010年2月就诊的平坦型和全聋型的突发性聋患者进行研究。其中31例应用能量合剂加银杏达莫和强的松治疗,30例应用金纳多加东菱迪夫和强的松治疗。结果应用能量合剂加银杏达莫和强的松的有效率为54.3%,显效率为28.6%,应用金纳多加东菱迪夫和强的松的有效率为78.8%,显效率为39.4%。经统计学处理,应用金纳多加东菱迪夫和强的松治疗平坦型或全聋型患者的疗效要好于应用能量合剂加银杏达莫和强的松(P<0.05)。结论应用金纳多加东菱迪夫和强的松为主的疗效较好;平坦型预后较好,全聋型预后较差;眩晕是影响预后的因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object To evaluate the treatment and the prognosis of sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSHL) in flat type(equally loss in all frequency) and total deafness type by two protocols.Methods Sixty-one patients diagnosed as SSHL were studied from August 2009 to February 2010.31 cases were treated with ATP, Yinxingdamo and Prednisone(group 1),while another 30 cases were treated with Ginaton,DF-521 and Prednisone (group 2).Results The hearing improvement rate was 54.3%in group 1 while 78.8%in group 2.The good response rate was 28.6%in group 1 while 39.4%in group 2.General hearing improvement was significantly better in group 2 than in group 1(P<0.05).Conclusions Ginaton,DF-521 and Prednisone was better to improve hearing for SSHL patients,especially for flat type.更多还原
