【摘要】 目的探索中药复方防治脑病有效专利的用药规律,为新药研发及专利保护提供参照。方法以维持时间较长的脑病复方专利为研究对象,运用频数分析的方法研究其核心药物的组成、功效、归经及药对配伍。结果中药复方防治脑病有效专利的高频中药包括川芎、丹参等47味,功效集中于活血化瘀类,主要归心、肝经,药对配伍应用较多,相当数量的药对来源于经方与古方。结论防治脑病有效专利中高频中药及其功效、归经与配伍规律体现出临床防治脑病疗效确切的复方治则、治法及组方遣药的特点,为防治脑病的中药复方研发及专利保护提供了参照并规划了新的研发空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the medical pattern about effective patents of traditional Chinese herbal compounds in treating encephalopathy,and provide reference for new drugs R & D and patent protection.Methods The effective patents of traditional Chinese herbal compounds were regarded as object and the frequency analysis was used to explore the patents’ ingredients,function,meridian attribution,medical coordination,etc.Results The number of high-frequency drugs is forty-seven and the function is fixed in activating blood circulation.The high-frequency drugs belong to heart and liver meridian.Medical couple is more frequently used,and most of them come from classical prescriptions.Conclusion The high-frequency drugs in this research reflect some characters of Chinese herbal compounds with curative effect in treating encephalopathy.This article will provide guideline for encephalopathy traditional herbal compounds research and patent protection.更多还原
