【摘要】 目的探讨米力农联合多巴胺治疗小儿肺炎合并心力衰竭的疗效。方法将72例小儿肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿分为2组,对照组36例在常规治疗的基础上给予多巴胺治疗,观察组36例在常规治疗的基础上给予米力农联合多巴胺治疗,2组疗程均为3～5 d。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的临床症状、体征改善时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)较治疗前下降,左心室射血分数(LVEF)、E/A值较治疗前增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF及E/A与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米力农联合多巴胺治疗小儿肺炎合并心力衰竭的疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of milrinone combined with dopamine in treatment of child pneumonia complicated with heart failure.Methods Seventy-two cases of child pneumonia complicated with heart failure were divided into two groups,thirty-six cases in the control group were given dopamine on the basis of conventional general treatment,thirty-six cases in the observation group were given milrinone and dopamine on the basis of conventional general treatment for 3-5 days.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms and signs in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic dimension(LVESD) decreased and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),E/A increased after treatment in the observation group,there were statistic significance(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant difference of LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF and E/A between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Milrinone combined with dopamine are effective and less side-effect medicines for treatment of child pneumonia complicated with heart failure.更多还原
