高功率激光装置集中控制系统关键技术
Key technologies of integrated control system for high power laser facility
【摘要】 高功率激光装置集中控制系统在研制过程中遇到了从系统构架设计到软件模拟等不同层面上的技术问题,经过多年的研究和测试,解决了控制系统研制中的关键技术,达到了装置对控制系统的性能指标要求,保证了控制系统的稳定可靠运行,并为未来同类装置的控制系统研制提供了重要的技术保障。
【Abstract】 There are many problems about computer application and physical equipment diagnosis in the research of the integrated control system for high power laser facility,including system design and software simulation etc.By research and tests for many years,key techniques in the control system are fulfilled,and the specifications of equipment are achieved.The reliability of the control system can be guaranteed.This work provides important reference for similar research in the future.
