低碳节能房装配式围护结构技术研究
Study on a type of retaining wall for low carbon and energy saving prefabricated house
【摘要】 介绍了一种用于低碳节能装配式建筑的围护墙体。该墙体由钢筋混凝土挂板、混凝土挂柱、XPS板、外墙内板组成,内填充矿棉保温板。通过墙体静载试验和热工性能试验表明,该墙体结构性能符合国家有关规范要求,保温性能达到节能65%标准。该墙体拆装方便,可回收率达90%,具有低碳、环保、节能、经济、坚固耐用等特点。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a type of retaining wall for low carbon and energy saving prefabricated house was introduced.This wall consists of reinforced concrete hanging plate,concrete column with claw,XPS board,internal plate,and inner filling mineral wool board.By the static load test and thermal performance test,structural performance of this wall meets the national code,and heat-insulating property achieves 65% energy-saving requirements in China.This wall dismantles conveniently with recovery rate over 90%.It has many good characteristics,such as low-carbon,environmental,energy-saving,economic,sturdy and durable features.
