基于边缘检测的钢卷尺图像二值化方法
Binarization method of steel tape based on edge detection
【摘要】 利用机器视觉技术对钢卷尺实现自动检定可提高检定效率和准确度,图像的二值化处理是自动检定系统中的重要步骤。因此,重点对钢卷尺图像的二值化方法进行研究。针对钢卷尺图像的特点,提出了基于同态滤波和改进的So-bel算子进行边缘检测相结合的新的二值化处理方法,该方法能较好地保留原始图像的边界特征。利用MATLAB软件进行仿真,以检验该方法的结果是否正确。
【Abstract】 The use of machine vision technology in automatic verification of steel tape can effectively increase the efficiency and the accuracy.Image binarizing process is important in automatic verification system.The binarization method of steel tape has been mainly researched,according to the characteristics of steel tape images,a new binarization method of steel tape based on homomorphic filtering and edge detection use improved Sobel operator,edges and borders within images can be kept well.Simulated result using MATLAB and the experimental result is also.
