利用虚拟装配技术的简易管板焊接机构设计
Design of the simple tube-plate welding mechanism based on virtual assembly technology
【摘要】 以Pro/E软件为设计平台,对简易管板焊接机构进行零/部件造型设计与虚拟装配及运动仿真,应用静态干涉和动态干涉分析检查,及时发现并解决设计中出现的问题,充分发挥虚拟装配技术的特点,降低开发成本,提高设计效率与质量。
【Abstract】 According to taking Pro/E software as design platform,to design the simple tube-plate welding mechanism for parts design and virtual assembly and motion simulation.The problems that occur in the process of design can be discovered and solved in time by using static interference and dynamic interference to analyze and inspect.It can fully display the merits of virtual assembly technology,reduce the development cost and the efficiency of design and quality were improved.
