基于遗传算法的不确定条件下作业车间调度
Job shop scheduling under uncertain environment based on Genetic Algorithm
【摘要】 针对不确定条件下的作业车间(Job Shop,JS)调度问题,建立了基于模糊数学规划理论的不确定作业车间调度模型。不确定加工时间用三角模糊数来表示,不确定交货期用梯形模糊数来表示,以最大化产品平均客户满意度为优化目标,设计了基于模糊数学的改进的遗传算法来求解这类问题,并通过MATLAB软件仿真实验验证了该算法的有效性和稳定性。
【Abstract】 A job shop schedule problem model based on fuzzy mathematics theory is presented in order to deal with the job-shop scheduling under uncertain environment.The uncertain processing time is represented by triangle fuzzy numerals.The uncertain due date is represented by trapezoidal fuzzy numerals.The optimization target is to maximum the average customer satisfaction of the products.A improved Genetic Algorithm(GA) based on fuzzy mathematics is proposed to solve the uncertain job-shop scheduling problems.Simulation experiments which use MATLAB are carried on to prove the effectiveness and stability of the algorithm.
