CT口-5.5Ⅰ弹簧操动机构中缓冲器性能研究与优化设计
Research on influence of shock absorber on spring operating mechanism
【摘要】 缓冲器是CT口-5.5I弹簧操动机构中安装的重要组成部件,其性能的好坏直接关系到弹簧操动机构的可靠性与寿命。通过对缓冲器工作原理的分析,建立其数学模型。应用ADAMS与MATLAB/Simulink软件进行联合仿真得到弹簧操动机构可靠的缓冲过程。采用粒子群优化算法,从提高弹簧操动机构可靠性和寿命的角度对缓冲器阻尼孔排列方式进行优化。提高了弹簧操动机构的性能:最大缓冲力减少了25%、缓冲效率提高了50%、缓冲末速度减少了94%、碰撞力减少了78.8%。
【Abstract】 As one of the most essential parts within the spring operating mechanism,the performance of shock absorber is directly related to the reliability and endurance of spring operating mechanism.The aim of the study was to simulate buffering procedure and find out the influence of shock absorber on spring operating mechanism.The principle of operation of shock absorber was systematically investigated.Furthermore,the mathematical model was established.The first application of ADAMS and MATLAB/Simulink for co-simulation was used to simulate buffering procedure.The structure parameters of orifice were optimized to improve performance of spring operating mechanism in PSO.The results were as follows.Maximum buffer power was decreased by 25%.The buffer capacity was increased by 50%.The end of speed was reduced by 94%.The impact force was reduced by 78.8%.
