一种扭矩传感器的结构优化设计
Structural optimization design of a torque sensor
【摘要】 设计了一种用于机器人关节输出扭矩测量的扭矩传感器。传感器承载结构采用弯曲轮辐式结构,并采用有限元分析软件对轮辐式结构进行了优化设计。通过将所设计的弯曲轮辐式结构与剪切轮辐式结构扭矩传感器的测量灵敏度进行对比,结果表明弯曲轮辐式结构扭矩传感器具有更好的灵敏度。
【Abstract】 A torque sensor used to measure the joint torque of robot is designed.The sensor is spoke wheel-shaped and its optimum structural design is presented by using the soft of finite element.Through comparing the sensitivity of bending mode structure and shear mode structure of the sensor,it is found that the bending mode structure has a better sensitivity than shear-spoke type.
