仿牛骑行健身车的机构分析与运动仿真
Mechanism analysis and movement simulation of a imitation cattle riding exercising machine
【摘要】 设计了一款仿牛骑行健身器械,对比普通自行车进行机构分析,该健身车为包含Ⅲ级组G3-1P-PR-RR-RR的六杆机构,采用牛顿-拉普森法进行机构运动学分析求解,结合VB软件实现机构运动仿真,验证了设计理念的正确性,为后期产品的加工制造提供了详实的实验数据和理论依据。
【Abstract】 Creatively designs a new style of a imitation cattle riding exercising machine,in comparison with ordinary bicycles,it analyzes the mechanism,the exercising machine is a six-rod mechanism containing Assur-Ш rod-group.Uses the Newton-Raphson method to solve its kinematics and achieves mechanism movement simulation with VB.Analyses verifies the validity of design and gives the needed information and basis for later manufacture.
