运用PIC18F4520的EtherCAT从站接口电路的设计
The design of EtherCAT slave interface based on PIC18F4520
【摘要】 在介绍EtherCAT实时工业以太网技术的工作原理和通信协议的基础上,设计开发了一个使用PIC18F4520单片机作为处理器操作ET1100芯片的从站接口电路。为了可扩展和方便选用传输介质,电路采用标准的以太网物理接口(MII接口)和SPI通信方式,完成数据链路层的连接,实现了EtherCAT基本通信。通过Wireshark软件验证了此接口电路符合EtherCAT通信协议要求。
【Abstract】 Based on introducing the operational principles and communication protocols of EtherCAT real-time industrial Eethernet technology,designed and developed a slave interface circuit using the PIC18F4520 single chip as a processor,operating ET1100 chip.In order to be extended and facilitate the selection of the transmission medium,the circuit uses standard Ethernet physical layer interface(MII interface) and SPI communication,completing the data link layer connection,to achieve the basic communication of EtherCAT.It verifies the interface circuit meets the EtherCAT communication protocol requirements by Wireshark software.
