【摘要】 对离合器齿毂总成试件进行焊接强度台架试验,得到离合器齿毂总成试件的破坏形式、焊缝处焊接极限强度。建立离合器齿毂总成有限元模型,并进行焊接强度仿真模拟分析。通过台架试验与仿真实验结果的对比,两者比较接近,验证了有限元仿真模型的有效性,为以后离合器齿毂的研发提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Get failure modes of clutch hub assembly specimen and the ultimate weld strength of welds from bench test on weld strength of clutch hub assembly.Establish FEA model of clutch hub,and do simulation analysis on weld strength.Both are close through the result contradistinction between bench and simulation test,verifying the validity of FEA simulation model.These provide a reference for the exploitation of clutch hub in the future.更多还原
